What are the documents to apply dutch passport?
hi! im abbie from Ormoc Philippines...im still pregnant at this moment and we are not yet married and i want to apply a dutch passport for my unborn child. What documents do i need or documents needed for my partner? and is it okay if we do apply in Cebu consulate and not surrounded by Manila embassy?.

I am assuming the father is Dutch?
You cannot apply for anything untill the baby is born, the Ducth father will legitimately have to sign for the baby to be his on the baby's birth certificate.
To obtain a Dutch travel document, you must apply to a Dutch embassy or consulate in being. When applying for a travel document you will be required to prove your identity and nationality. To do this you need to bring the following items:
* all the travel documents within your possession, both Dutch and foreign if you have more than one nationality
* and two colour passport photos that are a good likeness and comply next to Photo Matrix (2007 Model)
Children under 18 wishing to apply for a passport will require the written permission of both parents (or the officially recognized guardian). When applying, you also need to provide valid proof of identity of the parent or guardian granting written permission. The same applies to children under 12 wish to apply for an identity card. From the age of 12, no permission is required to apply for a Dutch identity card. Two color passport photos that are a good likeness are also required for any child to be added to the document.
