How to apply to work within the USA and Canada?
I have just been to America for a month and I am presently back in Britain I was wondering how I could apply to work contained by either of these countries.

You would first have to apply for a work permit which, within this economic climate, will be very difficult - if not impossible - to attain.
In case you hadn't noticed, both Canada and the US are suffering through one of the worst recessions within a very long time. That means that what few jobs at hand may be will not go to foreigners but to their own citizens. However, if you have a university degree contained by a field that is in dignified demand (ie medicine, nursing, engineering) or you are a qualified tradesperson, then you may stand a slightly better indiscriminate of being able to obtain a work licence. HOWEVER, obtaining a work permit does not mean you will achieve a job.
In Quebec you must speak French
In California you must speak Spanish.
