Do i enjoy to be surrounded by the us to profile the i130?
im in the filipines with my wife,do i actualy have to be contained by the usa to file the i130 or can i file it from the filipines?

Well, if you're legally resident surrounded by the Philippines, you can file there. If you've already filed contained by the US, you could ask for permission to refile, but you'd blow off the filing fees you've already compensated, etc. Sort of depends on what's more important to you, money or time. Go to the embassy and ask at the immigration office if they'll accept your file there or not first, and then decide how best to proceed.

and so are there homeless people. why is it that illegal immigrant (especially w/kids) can get assistants before a homeless citizen? i ask this because a white man was knock on doors asking do someone have a blanket (i bought him one). They should not because they are in this country illegally....
