Can an US citizen marry a friend out of the country and win her to the US?
I am to marry my friend from the US. He is intending to come over Europe and marry me and get me to the USA. Please, let me know step-by-step is it possible and how long does it take to procure prepared with the papers? Thank you!

Marriage doesn't automatically grant you entrance. Check with INS something like applying for entry. You will need to submit to background, health exams and other things.

Hopefully you are marrying for love and not just for friendship. Marriage is not an automatic road to your gaining entry to the US of A. You own to pass background checks, health screening, etc., which filch many, many months.
