Why is it elligal to return with married to USA if I'm Canadian and my girlfriend is american?
Recently, I have talked with one of the ancestors in the US immigration and asked a lot of questions. I asked her if I can come to USA and win married. She said, in immigration law that is not a problem. Also, I asked her that after we acquire married can I stay with my wife for good, she replied yes, however, I need to record the application forms that is called adjustment package. I be counting all the application she just told me and there be nine (9) appluication forms. Once this application forms are filed to the immigration, the immigration will send a letter for in anticipation of, meaning even my stays in USA exceeded I can stay and wait for the results. Also, while I'm waiting for a green card, I can work contained by USA as long as I filed a application form for employment. Is there anything that you can suggest or add? I believe that immigration will not fib to us.

if you are coming here in the US under the VWP with the intention of getting married, that's immigration fraud. but if you're coming here for a call round and then get married at the spur of the moment, that's ok. that happens. it's adjectives about intent upon coming here.
