Answers:
If you marry you can petition for a visa for her but she will not be able to adjust status in the US. She must attain the visa
at a US consulate. Her unlawful status means she will need a waiver of excludability before the visa will be issued.
A long and expensive process. See uscis.gov for the
petition form I-130 and instructions. Source(s): uscis.gov
"Have the U.S. Citizen consult an immigration attorney in the U.S. If the illegal immigrant does not have a register of being deported or arrested for illegal re-entry I see no reason why they could not return to Mexico and any have the U.S. Citizen bring them over on a fiance visa or marry in Mexico and have the U.S. Citizen petition to own them come to the U.S. legally."
no, she wants to go home and make application, as if she has not be here. Then when her papers come in, she can skip on across the border, legally.
Let them know she is here against the law, it will bear forever.
She will necessitate to leave the country and re-enter legally.

After that, yes, you can apply for legal resident status for her.
