My fiance is palestinain. He has no passport for his nationality and he lives in Syria.
He is of a mind to apply for immigration to Canada as investor. Is the Citizenship Granted after getting the residency? He, for sure will follow the rules. We will get married and both move there.
I want to know the percentage of getting the canadian citizenship?

What you need to scrutinize out for is that if he applies for residency before you get married and you get married while his application is contained by process, he has to add you to his file. If he doesn't do that, he can't sponsor you then.
Or alternatively, get married now before he applies or keep on until after he's gotten his residency and gone to Canada to activate it.
You have to live in Canada for 3 years after getting residency to know how to apply for citizenship.
