I want to someone to procure me into Australia?

I would like to emmigrate to |Australia. I am a qualified hairdresser which I know is a trade they want. How ever when I applied I had to be working full time in a salon for the recent past 3 years. Unfortunately because it is so badly paid I have not done this. I enjoy worked as an estate agent for the past 8 years. Have plenty of money to be able to buy a business over there but I dont judge you can get in that way any. I am also very impatient and want things done yesterday but it takes atleast a year to sot out. Does anyone know someone that could get me contained by. Will pay good money.

Sorry it takes a LONG time to get citizenship to OZ no agency around it and it is very very difficult!! All you can do is apply and play the waiting game sucks but true!! I live contained by australia and i hope you get here some day.Tasmania is the best part of australia.
Bribing someone is a federal crime.
You want to apply to emigrate to australia on your OWN ability and skills.
If you really really need help - next use that bribe money to hire a lawyer.
I work in immigration to Australia, New Zealand and Canada commonwealth countries and I detail you absolutely, if you know what you are doing you can legally migrate and live a good live contained by those countries as long as you meet the following rules.

1) Over 18 years of age.

2) Not too bad a criminal record (preferably no custodial sentence longer than 12 months imposed surrounded by the last 10 years). This is VERY subjective, and the decision should be made by a good agent. Don’t listen to immigration officer on this one. The immigration department does not make the decision on whether you get contained by or not.

3) No serious diseases or VERY expensive operations need. So insulin diabetics can go, those needing a heart operation can’t, but if you have just have your heart operation then you can go. This is also VERY subjective. Don’t listen to immigration officers on this one any as the immigration department does not make the decision on whether you get surrounded by or not.

4) If you don't meet the point count then use one of the many visas that don't hold a point count test. If you don't know about these visas, get professional oblige.

My advice applies to all of the countries above.

You will get deeply of advice and much is contradictory. People trying to move countries need accurate advice. So, race out there, please don’t give questioners misleading advice if you are of late a casual observer of immigration. It is wrong.
I get grown men (and women) crying surrounded by my office because they have been told the wrong things by okay meaning friends, family and many immigration officer. They come to me and end up saying...” If only I have known about this six months ago. I find it difficult to have to influence “sorry. -..You just missed out being able to migrate! “

The a range of immigration department websites give you information on the visas that the department wants to promote. They don’t give you information on the legal visas they don’t want to promote. They especially don’t tell you how to use more than one visa in co-ordination (which the staff often doesn’t know anyway) so that you can gain around the restrictions you are facing.

By and large the most knowledge immigration officers are soon promoted to supervisory roles and cannot be access by members of the public. You are likely to be getting poor counsel from junior staff. Is that what you really want? The advice you go and get will often by misleading and they certainly will not tell you how to use a combination of visas to sidestep restrictions that the Immigration department is trying to place on applications.

There is not too much logic to immigration. Immigration policies own evolved in response to pressures placed upon politicians wanting to be re-elected. They are then modified and interpreted and applied by bureaucrats. Over time they are further changed by pressures to apply ever more controls and conditions, especially by the immigration departments. They recently removed an entire visa over which they have no real control, as 13% of applicants failed to meet the conditions of the visa over a 4 year length. They felt this made them look bad. I would have thought an 87% nouns rate was excellent! - but they didn’t and wiped out an excellent entry method for thousands of people.

There is no requirement as to wherewithal, money in the bank etc and they are not worried about you man a drain on their welfare system as you are not eligible for welfare for 2 years.

It doesn’t matter what nationality or race you are. There is no special treatment for British national. In a practical sense it is helpful if you speak English but you still needs to undertake an English vernacular test. The pass mark mark you need can vary between visas”. Some visas only stipulation a lower vocational level pass mark and you can also you can study English after arrival on some visas. Of course, living and working in attendance does make it easier to improve your English.

It does get more difficult as you draw from older but there is no real age inn. I recently sent over a 78 year old lady and latter on, an 82 year old gentleman (these were separate people). There are various ways to migrate OTHER than just a points tested skilled visa. There are skills visa where you don’t have to unite a pass mark and don’t have to even assemble the “compulsory” skills assessment.

Beware of going on a student visa. It’s a great visa IF you really, really know what you are doing. The rules for courses are deceptively simple even to most professionals, but the devil is in the detail. You can’t just attend any two year long course! There are probably over 250,000 trade courses available, but I know of only 30 surrounded by all of Australia that are guaranteed to get you permanent residency. The rest will procure you sent home at the end of two years.

Going on the correct trade course CAN allow you to apply for permanent residency in 16 to 24 months as (currently) the years of work experience within your source country does not apply to people graduating on a suitable trade course or a combination of “complimentary” trade courses.

Many University degrees simply won’t work. Be VERY VERY CAREFUL that you don’t spend 2 or 3 years and abundantly of money only to find out you got it wrong.
In addition, the rules are evolving and shifting all of the time. So even if you start a course, that appears to be eligible at the start IT WON’T BE 2 YEARS LATER when you graduate. Get a really good professional firm who will help you from daylight one and stay with you throughout the whole 2 to 3 years process until you get irremediable residency. They will monitor changes and advise you and your college of any necessary change to the process. Education agents dealing with Australian student courses ARE NOT FULL MIGRATION PROFESSIONALS and should not give advice on long-term residency. They cannot take a “whole of family” approach (regards relatives, dependents etc) and normally won’t deal beside money, pensions and goods transferees where you can lose tens of thousands of pounds. Please document the potential impending work experience requirement that will change student visas.

Please note that people who can migrate after a suitable course DO NOT APPLY FOR THE NORMAL SKILLS VISA. They must apply for a completely different visa!

Some skills visas require skills assessment which is a newspaper war exercise. You can be approved without qualifications surrounded by a number of occupations, but not in others. In abundant occupations your work experience is taken into account and you don’t need a qualification. In various other occupations experience isn’t taken into account a suitable qualification is the only channel in. If you are under 45 years of age you may need a skills assessment but after 45 you don’t, so sometimes its better to lurk until you turn 45. Please note the new interpretations on TRA skills assessments for people in need qualifications. Even professionals are failing in many cases. DIY immigration lawyer will most often fail to be assessed and this WILL end their capacity to enter on a skills visa.

There are a number of skills visas that don’t have a point count. The point test really merely applies to one skills visa (the 136) and even then, not all the time. There are a lot of population, including less knowledgeable migration agents and people working at the Department of Immigration and Multicultural affairs (DIMA) (about to own the departs name changed to DIAC) would will tell you there are conditions, restrictions etc. Unfortunately they simply know about the visas they personally handle and few knob all visas. They only tell you nearly the bits they deal with. So if someone tells you that skilled visas stop at 45, they aren’t dealing beside visas like the RSMS which is a specialised skilled visa for people up to AGE 60.

There are a lot of visas unseal to most people. But the question of which is best will depend upon your intentions when you get in that. If someone tells you, you aren’t eligible talk to someone else!

Use a really good agent! They can show you how to grasp up to 10% better deal on your exchange rate (yes, it’s possible!) - That is worth lb1,000 in every lb10,000 (or lb10,000 in every lb100,000) you are moving to Australia! If you are plausible to obtain a UK based private pension within future years when you finally retire, absolutely talk to a polite agent now! You really better know about this stuff or the Aust Tax Office will skin you alive on the pension when it starts. This alone could free you $100,000 in tax over your lifetime! There are a lot of other things a obedient agent can save you money and pain over. (PS...the staff at the immigration departments for any country don’t.. and indeed MUST not help you beside all this sort of stuff.

If you aren’t making progress, then...try the people at ....www.immigrationunit.com

They are Australian & New Zealand Lawyers and accountants AND registered migration agents and so really know more than the others. They concordat with ALL visas and are one of the biggest in the business. Talk to people but remember profusely of people really don't know much about the latest system for moving to Australia.

Imagine if someone from Australia asked you in the order of migrating to the UK. How much would you really know about the laws for legal entry to the U.K.
Do you really know plenty to tell them about how to do it? Could you tell them how to capture the best exchange rate, what removalist in Australia to use, what to do about their private and state pensions, could you even speak about them there is no reciprocal health care available surrounded by their new country?

So don’t listen to unqualified people in the Immigration department and especially not friends and acquaintances.

Most importantly, the system is leisurely making it harder to get in. It is normally better ec
Go over as an estate agent.

it be just a suggestion, sorry.
Take me with you~!!
