Canadian Immigration?
Should Canada increase or decrease it's level of immigration? Why or why not? please provide valid/credible information that can be cited from a book or website. If not, please provide your personal opinion and uphold it.

The new changes to the immmigration rules for next year.
Most of them are related to citizenship change.
But there is a note about the backlog on the website. (see relation below).
The sad thing is that this new rule mechanism absolutely nothing at all. Its lately talk.
There will be NO action at all. And how do I know this?
Because for the several thousands of applications before February 2008 - there will be NO change.
Actually, in that is a pending Bill C-50 which will not increase nor decrease the number of immigrants but to some extent reallocate visas to certain skills needed at a particular time. Ex. IF contained by the 1st quarter of 2009, there is a need for nurses, only nurses applications will be processed. It is not decreasing the number of immigrant as supposed to choosing who can come in. Not my opinion but what they plan to do.**
