My application for PR visa of Canada be refuse surrounded by April,2008 for short of a moment ago 2 points. Is Appeal possible?

I had applied for PR visa of Canada in Sept. 2002. Decision came contained by Apr. 2008. Almost six years. I had learnt French ( 2 levels, respectively of 150 hours ) at Alliance Francaise, Ahmedabad but did not take TEF. (one like IELTS for english). Alternatively, I presented the proofs of learning--Certificates of institute, syllabus and learning substance. They did not award any points for language proficiency in french language. Result : Total gain stood at 65, just 2 points short. Application refused. Any remedy ?.

find another means to get more points. if what you have already shown to them wasn't considered, then you're just wasting your time appealing. might as well find other areas where on earth you can get more points.

just because you studied a language doesn't anticipate you're already proficient in it. take the french language exam. the result should contribute you the needed points if it shows you're fluent in it.
Contact an immigration lawyer to see if you can appeal, if not, immigration will soon (march) be changing this system near the huge back log. In the future, they will hunt and pick people whose profession is within demand in Canada and if your application is not approved within a year, they will return it next to your money and you can apply again.

Another option for you is try to get a job hold out and come in on a temporary work permit, next apply for PR from within Canada.

Imnprove your english - written english probably
do the IELTS test again and get a complex score. That will help.

Clear IELTS test and get honest band then try again..appeal is possible in your position but this is resembling new application which get same time like unsullied file.

Then 2 years later another $500. And there's a TONNE of stuff you have to do to get it. Trust me, I've looked into it. I'm a Canadian living surrounded by Australia, recently married, and looked into seeing what it would take to bring him back to Canada near me.
