To immigrate to Canada, they use a points-based system. The Immigration Canada website have a test online which will tell you if you are likely to hold sufficient points to qualify to apply. The lines from India are so long that if your application is accepted, you will keep on 10 years or more for admission.

3) If you have a sibling, parent or grown child (age 21 or over) who is a U.S. citizen, They can sponsor you but it takes anywhere from 8-16 years.
4)Employment but it's hard to find them but who knows you may luck out and find one.
Do not apply for asylum even if you own a strong case for persecution because most are denied and put into deportation proceedings.
Also when you speak to an immigration lawyer, double check eveyrthing they transmit you online because many are not good at their job.
