When did it become non "PC" to follow a decree.?

"Critics contend the license checkpoints are unjust and disproportionately affect working-class, immigrant Latinos, many of whom are ineligible under state regulation to get driver's licenses because of their status as illegal immigrant."

OK so what I am reading says that the pro illegal groups are crying because it is illegal to drive minus a license in this country.....

How many more laws must we verbs to make up for two decades of cheap labor?

u make an excellent point , they need to be given the accident to obtain a driver license so than not other laws are broken , plus they should be legalized so than the current laws they break today are broken not more ...

bravo fundamentally good .
The United States is an autonomous sovereign with legitimate and event laws (federal and state). You need to be a US Citizen, or permission from the parliament as a legal quest worker or tourist, to have a valid driver’s license. Illegal immigrants enjoy violated the laws by being in this country. So they do not deserve to be given any federal and state aid or license. They should simply be deported and that is very PC!

And it is not PC to break legitimate and event laws!

Stop comparing this to history in the worst possible way. Great Britain did swearing the 13 colonies economically. That is why there was a revolution. If Great Britain played fair surrounded by the fist place, they would have at least another 100 years in North America.

Illegal immigrant are not being abused when the authorities are enforcing the law.

They cry about everything so zilch new. Illegal aliens should not be driving cars in the first place. If this means they can't carry to their job or to get free health protection and everything else they get then so be it...LEAVE!
It is not. Pro-illegal alien extremists like mecha, la raza, the splc, and the aclu scream bloody murder anytime a law enforcement agency excluding the federal govt tries to crack down on illegal alien criminals. The liberal elites in this country try to use their control of the courts and the MSM to further their agenda because they can not catch enough votes. They believe that making illegal aliens citizens will get them the votes they requirement to take over this country.

Let me start with the information that I could not get your connect to open instead I get "You have followed a connection that no longer exists on the server or has been relocated."

Where you read "that the pro illegal groups are crying because it is immoral to drive without a license in this country", I read "Many call them unreasonable and a ploy to inspect drivers' immigration status" and towards the end "Critics contend the license checkpoints are unjust and disproportionately affect working-class, immigrant Latinos, many of whom are ineligible beneath state law to get driver's licenses because of their status as off the record immigrants." I am guessing the difference in our reading in due to the side of the barrier.

Two decades of cheap labor what then were slaves of plantations? Or did not immigration have law during slavery.

Other points that I read were;

"Roughly 200 people at a Nov. 15 demonstration at Grape Day Park protested the city's use of driver's license checkpoints. Other people hold supported the department's use of the checkpoints, saying they help remove unsafe drivers from the road."
They state 200 "crying" and other people supporting, I wonder how tons "other" mean?

Of 1,832 vehicles screened, 110 be sent to a secondary checkpoint after drivers could not produce a license or appeared under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Three drivers were arrested for driving lower than the influence. One was arrested for possession of illegal drugs and another was arrested for a felony warrant, the report said.

Of give or take a few 1832 vehicles screened ((stopped) after all you are asking just about being "PC") only 110 or 6.1% had to verbs to a secondary checkpoint. From there of 110 just 3 or smaller amount then 1/10th of 1% of drivers were arrested for driving under the influence. I guess not plentiful drivers drink in California. Of the same 110 just 1 or even smaller number than 1/10th of 1% for illegal drugs. Wouldn't it been good for report to say aloud it was at least one heroin or methamphetamine possession, but it did not say.

Among the drivers of the 72 vehicle impounded, 68 did not have a license,19 did not have automobile insurance and eight had a suspended license.

Forget the switch and bait, 72 be impounded but the fact remains 1,832 were stopped (screened) "PC" you know) meaning only just less than 4% did not have a license. Under 4% was their purpose really a sobriety and driver's license checkpoint?
Are there no bars in California, be there no sporting or public events that sold alcoholic beverages being held. If their true goal be in part a sobriety check there be better places to look than randomly.
See rlstaehle comment about entrapment, now legalized residents with a valid license would have something to worry nearly but then citizens wouldn't stand for this type of "enforcement" then would they?

Police officials assert that both types of checkpoints bolster traffic safety, saying studies have associated unlicensed drivers to a greater percentage of traffic accidents.

I have driven through and been stopped by some of the (? you pick ?)
checkpoints contained by Wisconsin believe me it impedes traffic and creates a dangerous situation with adjectives the rubber necks. I myself do not find it safe in its process. As for the studies, does anyone know what one their referring to? If it held such numbers why is not a soul else using it to support this issue?

Yes you can shoot anytime you like but once it starts stopping isn't as easy as being out of ammo.

Just to be clear as I stated the posted relation did not open, I used Google and got this link to read the article I refer to.

You need no excuse to switch on shooting the illegals. It is very clear that you are itching to squeeze the trigger

About the question, since people "follow the law" next to hatred, loathing and despise against somebody
Those in our government against licenses for illegals aim for national security reasons.
And States that allow licenses for illegals still hold a large number who drive without insurance. So it doesn't seem to aid to give them drivers licenses. Especially since they cannot really prove their identity when they apply, so we still don't know who they really are. And that would make them worthless as an ID.
I believe that directive enforcement should be able to use what means are necessary to enforce the law, within reason. And I don't believe a check point is unreasonable. It is inconvenient, but not unreasonable. And as someone else answered, "if they don't like it they don't enjoy to be here".
Let them cry! They are probably illegal themselves. They are just upset that this is one mode to nab any illegals sneaking in here. We need to enforce more laws resembling this and maybe they will not want to come here to steal our jobs.
how are checkpoints against illegals now, because they are not suppose to be on the road within the first place, we as American citizens have to drive thru checkpoints all the time and they are affecting working class citizens, can we whine about it too. I am so sick of audible range what is politically correct in this country, boo fckin hoo! I am also sick and tired of these whiny wusses that want to sell our country out to a bunch of criminals. I am locked and loaded myself.
I wonder if they call it entrapment if they capture a few driving drunk. If they were legal residents with a valid DL they wouldn't enjoy anything to worry about would they?
