How to tie together my GF within America ?
Im 20 , i want to join her , im in Egypt , how i can move there and stay , possibly get the citizenship too , as i really love my GF and america and would really like to make it my home ?

Don't do it. Get her to move to Egypt. Egypt is way cooler than the U.S. You enjoy the pyramids and much better food. Not to mention your military isn't killing tens of thousands of people. Why move to such a dangerous country?
Well first you cant apply for citizenship until you enjoy first been a permanent resident. Second you would have to return with married or have the intentions of getting married. She could file a form I-129F to petition you as a fiancee and come to the US to get married. Or she could marry you out of the country and then file an I-130 to bring you to the US as her husband.
