Might move to the U.K?

I am a u.s citizen. My mother however is from Britain. She is considering going back, and would like to me to go near her.
I am very interested in it, just dont know really much almost change. I was born here in florida, and lived within florida, and never left florida. Sad i know.

But I was wondering if I go here, would I be able to work there? Would I be able to shift to school there? And is there anything i should do here up to that time I go there to make it easier once I grasp there if I do decide to go. Any insight would be great. thank you adjectives for your time.

I Think so
I am from the UK originally, now a US citizen.

You didn't give your age; if you are under 18, afterwards you'll be able to reside with your mother since she is a citizen of the EU - she can actually live and work anywhere surrounded by the European Union, not just the UK.

If you are over 18, you have no special right to live or work there; you will own to apply for a work visa.

You'll find everything costs at least twice as much there as in FL. The UK doesn't hold great weather compared with where you live now; and it's greatly overcrowded.

Personally, I wouldn't recommend it for anything other than a vacation, but that's just me!
I assume that you don't hold dual citizenship, then? I don't know what your visa requirements will be to comment on specifics for employment. You will be able to work 20 hours a week, at the very minimum.

Change is flawless. Time to leave Florida for a bit and at least experience different seasons and driving on the converse side of the road.

2 year rule on F-1 visa?
Does anyone have the 'two year rule applies' phrase on their F-1 visa(s) granted after a previous J-1 that imposes that requirement? Does this phrase get repeated on every visa stamp that you receive unless you fulfilled the requirement? Thank you! No, the 2 year rule applies is not placed on F1 visas, because it have nothing to do...
