Yes. Pretty much ANYONE in the USA can get married. In all 50 states, the Magistrate's Office (or the Register of Deeds as it's call in some states) ask for the birth certificate of both parties (and it must be translated to ENglish if it hasn't be already) and some kind of picture ID (it could even be an ID from your native country). And, you're married. So, to answer your question....yes....any immigrant, legalized or not, can get married if they have the above documents.
