Minimum age to work contained by Australia for a foreign human being?
I know this sounds weird but I found an awesome job to work as bartender on an island, I die to know the answer for my question.

As long as you're 18 or over, you can work contained by a bar regardless of where you're from BUT, unless you come on a 12 month Working Holiday or Work and Holiday visa, there is no method you will be able to get a work visa for that occupation. Work visas are only available to skilled workers near formal qualifications and experience in occupations tabled on the Skilled Occupations List (SOL) and I don't think you'll find Bartender on there:
