When I be a unchanging resident I file a pitition for my son to immigrate.?

Now I am a US citizen. What I have to do to upgrade my application?

You really should contact USCIS and let them know about your petition as soon as possible. The process should be automatic, but it really isn't as their datasystem won't stir look for your petition on its own. And, no one will go look for it in the system, unless you report them you have a petition to upgrade. It would be silly to depend on USCIS to do this on its own. they're very busy. I wouldn't wait, if I be you.
you don't do anything..it is automatic..i know that the website says that you have to send proof that you become a us citizen....my aunt thought that she had to submit proof, but she consulted her immigration lawyer and he said she didn't have to ring or send anything to the uscis...(she was in like peas in a pod situation as you with her unmarried daughter over 21)...

so when your son's "priority date" becomes current (you were on category 2b (greencard parent sponsoring unmarried child over 21) and presently category 1 (us citizen parent sponsoring unmarried child over 21)), then you go ahead and submit the paperworks for adjustment of status for your son (the I-485 and others)...good luck!
Apply to sponsor him, the process should complete much faster

Do you agree/disagree that undocumented students should bring back a college schooling?
I think they don't deserve the education because it is unfair for other official immigrants who came to U.S. legally... There are a certain number of slots available in colleges. If we give these slots to private aliens that means that those slots are no longer available to US students. So...
