Why should Calif. meet the terms Federal Government Immigration Laws?
Currently, there are a large number of liberal district Rep.(many with hispanic surnames) who are doing adjectives they can to ensure that California does not conform to Federal Gov. Immigration laws designed to end or eliminate Illegal immigration.
Calif is on the brink of collapse, has many financial problems, prison shortages etc. and the list go on.
Why would these represenatives do anything to limit or curtail removing people who are here illegally and several would say were the reason California is failing.
Is this the start of Mexico/Pro's trying to pinch over/reconquista California. Will Gov. Schartzneggar agree to this when the bill is presented to him? To NOT OBEY Federal laws on immigration?
Answers:
Relax Dude! nobody's taking over! People just panic when they see one too abundant brown people, and a lot of them are really successful to. The people surrounded by office really know how much the states needs them, not people approaching you! They know how much they contribute to the state, and how hard they work to keep businesses going and help form those huge profits.
Try to get to know a Hispanic, and you'll see how respectful and humble they really are.
California is currently in compliance with adjectives federal immigration laws. If it wasn't, a federal judge would step in and strike down the offending state law (as recently happened in Oklahoma). The article you posted is a biased and independent analysis by someone who doesn't understand basic constitutional principles. Anyone applying to emigrate to USA must send their applications to the federal dept, not to any state department.
USA does not on the other hand have state immigration depts.
Canada has provincial nominee programs where on earth the provinces can choose who they wish to emigrate to their province, but then the federal dept takes thoroughness of all the details.
California is the example of everything bad that can and will happen if we allow informal immigration to continue.
Take one pristine state with some of the most beautiful geography in the world.....add 5 million illegals and you end up near a pathetic cesspool of humanity
Because the Supremacy Clause in the Constitution explains that federal law other trumps state law which means federal always win if there is a conflict between the two. If there is no conflict then the state directive will be used but if there is any question or conflict of the two reading as the same, consequently the federal rule would win. They shouldn't. None of the other States were until quite recently, so why should they be singled out? I don't know what Hispanic surnames enjoy to do with it, are you insinuating the Representatives are illegals?
