well i'm from morocco and i'm married to my wife she is from canada ,for now we have adjectives the paper work done and all we need to do is to communication all the documents to the imegration service so we can start the application,my questions is :how long it will take the prouve the sponsorship,i've hear that sometimes it can be 2 weeks untill one month and conceivably more ??she also doesn't work is that a big deal ?how long it will take all the processes ?please respond cuz we obligation to know and thank you.

dont know about canada, in the US it takes moderately a while. took my husband and I 1 year. try the canadian yahoo answers site.
I don't know in Canada but in the US the sponsorship (petitioner) has to prove they will be financially responsible for you at the inauguration so the fact that you wife doesn't work can affect the process. Another fact is that in the US the application process is longer. I hope contained by Canada is a lot different. A friend of mine brought a girl over from Peru and it took them over a year as well, so it definately takes a while.
She should probably contemplate about getting a job because it will look good. You won't be capable of work for a while while you get all of your settling down finished, so you two have to be capable of support yourselves somehow.
