Moving to USA from UK not for work or instruction - How?
How could one move to America not really for work or education but just because they like it within?
Would they really have to apply for work or college just to move there?
Isn't it a human right to move anywhere lacking difficulty?

"Immigrant" means every alien except an alien who is within one of the classes of nonimmigrant aliens. Someone coming to the U.S. to live (reside) would be an immigrant.
