Why are african immigrant agreed smaller number for american citizenship than latin or asian immigrant?

why is america being so racist as far as who wants to be accepted into this country?
Answers:
proximity, illegal immigration, amnesty and 'chain migration through familial ties having preference'.

It isn't racism. It is why we came up with the diversity lottery and countries that hold more than 50,000 immigrants coming here in the prior year are excluded from entry in the lottery.
I'd also like to see your source for this as the numbers give the impression of being a little off, however I agree with a couple of the other responses. Most African immigrant are more likely to emigrate to European countries than the US because it's closer and the likelihood of acceptance is greater.

People from some African nations are more likely to be put under scrutiny for fraudulent residency applications, above all from the likes of Nigeria. Unfortunately a few bad apples spoil it for the rest of the bunch.
I have known many Africans here contained by the U.S.
Don't know where you get your data, but believe its wrong.
We agree to in over 1 million people a year from all countries.
That does not count the balustrade hoppers.
It isn't that they are permitted less. African Americans as well as those who don't share a continent with us enjoy to do everything the legal way. Latios just own to cross the boarder. Then they can buy an Identity. I have to say I am proud of all the immigrant that do things by the law and don't abuse this country.
Source? I can't answer that question because I don't believe it to be true. And if it be true, maybe its because more Latin and Asian immigrants apply.
Because tons African immigrants don't want to be US citizens and be forced to pay taxes, obtain traceable driners license's, etc. or curtail their international identity breaking and entering scams which they are so famous for.
It's not really a matter of racism at this point. Prior to 1960 or so, it be a lot more difficult for Africans, Asians etc. to qualify, and there was a time when it be absolutely illegal for Asians to immigrate. Obviously, that has changed.

Most those qualify for US immgration through close family members. There are relatively few Africans living in the US, so near are relatively few people who could possibliy qualify that way for now, although over time that will verbs to grow. many of the refugees who come here each year are Africans, but those numbers are relatively small compared to the numbers of empire who come in as immigrants. The laws that allow Americans to directory for relatives are the same for everyone now, regardless of race, religion, etc. That wasn't other true, but it has been for quite a while.
Why are you so ready to put on trial the US of being racist? Do you have FACTS to back up your assertions, or are you a short time ago repeating more ACORN crap?
People are roughly poorer in Africa. They cannot afford citizenship, son. If they do decide to emigrate, it will usually be to a European nation, which by the way can provide impressively similar, if not better, opportunities than America.
Your assertion is based on what data?
