Do immigration lawyer try to put decoration aid on issues?
Just wanted to know because I know people cannot adjust their status if they are illegal. Do they fiction or try to use a loop hole in the law. I know they have to dance home to mexico or wherever to adjust their status, to get a green card or something. What do they try to do

I am not sure where on earth you are getting your information but its wrong. My friends brother just did exactly that and his wife will get her green card in almost one month. I attended the hearing myself. His wife entered illegally from Mexico 15 years ago and by file hardship (they have three children) she did adjust her status without disappearing the country. One would be better served getting the facts before making false statements.
some just try to net money off illegals! they know that will never get status, it is funny if you ask me, the taker getting took. they claim to file different papers, charge them and later just tell them it did not work and bye-bye. Illegals are so much into trying to do things illegally and to sneak surrounded by their status with no red tape that they are becoming victims of unscrupulous lawyers, it is karma.
