Illegal immigrant sought surrounded by deadly hit-and-run is this why illegals should not be driving at adjectives ?
THIBODAUX -- State Police has issued an arrest warrant for an illegal immigrant suspected of being responsible for a vicious hit-and-run last month, Troop C spokesman Gilbert Dardar said today.
The warrant for Santiago Osirio Rodriguez' arrest, which was issued Friday evening, came a moment ago four days after State Police forensic investigators linked a white 1998 Ford Escort registered to Rodriguez to the death of 55-year-old Dwain Carrell on Dec. 26.
Carrell was struck and kill as he picked up debris across the road from his home on La. 3235 in Galliano.
Rodriguez, 31, of 145 Terrebonne Lane, is wanted for felony hit-and-run, operating a vehicle in need a lawful presence in the United States and no driver's license.
The arrest warrant for Rodriguez will be executed with full extradition powers, purpose regardless of where he is arrested in the United States he will be transported back to Lafourche Parish.
Anyone beside information about Rodriguez' whereabouts is asked to call State Police Troop C at 857-3680.

He is unlawful that is the reason you believe he was involved surrounded by a hit and run? There are no people that you know personal that should not be driving? I know a couple illegals, a few women, lots of men, a few teens, some cops, a teacher and others that drinking or not should not ever be behind a reins. Of all the reasons I have to apprehension being in the car near any one of them driving, being illegal is not one of them.

When I think about it being unjust or black, white, male, teen, dentist, lawyer has little to do near being a responsible driver. What you learned and what morals are instilled in you as a youth have more to do with it than the reason you ask of.
