I live contained by australia i dont hold residency on the other hand,i can apply within dec,if want to hold a newborn,still can i apply?
i want to know having a baby while im applying for residency make any difference on my baggage or not?my baby will be resident or not?should i have a baby when i enjoy the residency ??

If you enjoy your baby before your PR is granted, it will not have any claim to residency or citizenship as Australian residency is base on jus sanguinis, not jus soli, so being born here grants no rights whatsoever unless one of the child's parents is a PR or citizen. Even if somehow your baby get citizenship (i.e. because it has an Australian father who is on the birth certificate), that gives a non-Australian PR or citizen mother no rights whatsoever.
