How to correct my status? ?

When I was 7 years old my mother brought me to the US on a visitors visa and over stayed it. When I turned 18 I departed. Currently I am engaged to a guy in the US and plan on getting married. He can't come to live in my country because he is contained by the Louisiana Coast Guard. We are currently trying to figure out how everything works and are having a problem figuring out adjectives the steps we need to take.
1. Do I need to steep out some sort of form so I am not barred from reentering?
2. What are all the forms I need to overrun out?
3. How long will the entire process of getting a visa to be able to go there whip?
All the help I can get will be greatly appreciated.

You overstay your visa but you moved out on your own terms am guessing,If that's the case that's ok.1.You need to procure marry to the guy and get ur license,2.About getting barred it depends on how you left the country so telephone call them and find out,3.The first form is the I130 and the rest to go with it you can go to this website www.uscis.gov top of page budge to immigration forms scroll down click on I130 go the bottom of the page click on Download Instructions for Form I-130 and there it will give you what forms to imbue out,4.If you fill out all the paper work together and there's no problem it could pilfer between 6 to 18 month.
Your boyfriend needs to petition for you using form I-129f. It's a fiance petition. The petition will probably take almost six months for an answer.

You may need a waiver of a ground of inadmissibility depending on on soon after your 18th birthday you left and how long you've been gone.

Download the form I-129f instructions to obtain the idea of what supporting documents you will need to submit. At the visa office, they will report to you what other documents they will want to see.

The entire process will take as long as it takes. If you're in the Philippines, it'll probably help yourself to longer than if you're in Sweden. Each visa office has its own gait due to demand for visas, staffing, etc.

After the petition is approved, it'll be sent to your country. The consulate or embassy in your country will give you an appointment date. You can arrange the appointment online.
When did you leave the U.S? There are 3 and 10 year tablet rules for unlawful presence. I can tell you which one applies and the section of law, so you can orientate with them if you give me the date you left the U.S. voluntary and how long you believe you be here for.

So yes, you will be barred from entering the U.S. Now since you're going to get married to a USC, the USC will need to crowd out Form I-129F. You're going to need a waiver, which is Form I-601. Don't expect this to be quick and easy, since you be an overstay and need a waiver.

Resolved Questions:
My unchanging resident card expired concluding month. I applied for citizenship; can I travel to Mexico for presently?
No, and you'll need a valid green card to get the citizenship. So, you might as well record an I-90 now to renew the green card. You can't appy for citizenship and be approved on an expired green card.
