DV 2009 inquiry give or take a few affidavit form I-134?
I am expected to be scheduled for an interview for the dv immigrant visa in a few months. We are a family of four. How considerable is the sponsor form I-134? Does the sponsor send that form to my file in KCC directly or transport it to me to take with me on the day of interview ? And if both are ok which is better? Is it done within a specific place on official forms or the sponsor can write on any paper and support his writing with documents?
an extra question is:
If I can get a real proof of self finane and support of around $ 20,000, will that sum be convincing to the officer to give me the visa
Answers:
If it is DV 2009 you must have a sponsor. It is compulsary now. Also, you can return with a job offer to show. Take a sponsor copy with you. Sponsor must submit it himself as described surrounded by the instruction.
If you can take money with you, which is in your sandbank for long time calculate it according to the cost of living where you want to live. Any way everything lays contained by the decession of the Interviewing officer's hand.
It's extremely important that you have a US sponsor liable to file an affidavit of support. You won't get the visa without it.
