It seems your question i unambiguously biased toward one country. WHY are you only mentioning sending jobs to Mexico??

Please explain how sending jobs to Mexico is going to do anything to curb the illegal criminal aliens from the other countries of the world.

But to answer your question- both of the political party are to blame for this , The republicans want the cheap labor pool and the democrats want the votes.
There are no jobs in Mexico because of the fact that singular six families own everything in Mexico- the gap between the rich and poor is tremendous- at some point surrounded by time if things are not corrected in the U.S., this will become the situation over here.
The illegals are mostly to blame but also at fault are greedy,corrupt those and government(ours and theirs).
We could reverse the problem if we had leaders who actually cared in the order of their country and it's citizens.
Mexico's government is even more corrupt than ours! How can you say it is our fault? They still enjoy vast oil and mineral reserves but because of corruption and the lazy illegals who come here instead of varying their own country they still have problems. The US gives so much to the illegals that it is much easier for them to suck on the US teet than it is to fix their own country. So I guess we do have to pocket some of the blame. In order to resolve this deport the illegals back and make them fix their own country! The rich because if they weren't so greedy they would be feeling like to pay a person more than 5 bucks an hour to do all the firm labor the illegals do. If they couldn't get jobs here they wouldn't come here, or at least would amount a way to come here legally.
