You no problem don't do it by getting your information here! Are you serious?!? Get an immigration lawyer and ask all of your questions. But as far as I know, the with the sole purpose ways to do it are by: a) marrying an American citizen and waiting for several years, b) winning the green card lottery, getting green card, waiting several years, applying for citizenship, c) getting sponsored by a company based on work ability. All three are pretty out there and almost impossible to achieve.

There is no way for someone who entered the US illegally to acquire residency (and eventually citizenship) while remaining in the US and as you would be subjected to a 10 year ban due to your illegal presence, within are very few options for you visa-wise as not all visa category have a waiver option.

first you need to become a resident... later after years you do an exam to become a citizen.
to become a resident you must apply, first you have to leave usa, go pay for to mexico and apply for a residency... they will deny your application and you will have to re enter that usa as an illegal alien!
