For example Principality of Monaco low export tax, good standard of living, another place is Switzerland neutral country mines it's own business passport is respected worldwide. But not easy to acquire citizenship in these two places. Sweden, Ireland, Norway, Principality of Andorra, Principality of Liechtenstein, Again not easy to get citizenship contained by these mention above.
