If you are born surrounded by Panama how can you become a court AMERICAN citizen?
Hi, this is very important and i appreciate any honest answers. If you are born in Panama and are an full-grown, how do you become a legal American citizen, meaning being competent to come to U.S.A. legally and to live here too? Please and thank you to all answers!

Take some time and visit the US Embassy within Panama. They have a section than can help you see if you qualify to apply for residency. Do remember that you will own to comply with certain rules in instruct to keep your residency in good standing.
After you go and get your green card, then you have to be eligible for citizenship, file the paperwork, thieve the test, and then you're on your way to be a citizen.
Do consider that most of this is done next to an attorney, so plan on paying some legal fees to accomplish your goals.
