What's the easiest bearing to immigrate from India to the USA and bring back irretrievable residence?
I have a friend who lives in India but would like to move to the USA. He speaks fail-safe English and used to work for HP computers, but isn't sure how to get started with moving to the US, and has simply found a way to get a temporary visa. How can he acquire unbreakable residence in the US?
