You would complete visa documents within the country you are a citizen. You talk to the Embassy and apply.
You have committed fraud. You obtain PR status in Canada under false pretenses and I do hope your PR status is revoked ASAP.
You cannot have both. Canadian PR card have restrictions. You MUST live in Canada for 2 years out of every 5 to keep your PR status.
If you apply for a green card in Usa, next you must live in Usa for 6 months of every year. Every time you cross the border, you will be noticed, and eventually someone will cancel the OR card because Canada is not your unwavering home, or the green card gets cancelled because USA is not your permanent home.
Besides why do you want a green card? if you have one of those you enjoy to pay taxes to Usa from both Usa and Canada.
you have to be in america on certain types of visa's later apply for the I-485, adjustment of status. if approved it will make you a permanent resident of the US, which is a green card. and you must live here. you can obtain a green card through sponsorship by: american employer, citizen spouse, large investment, immediate relitive who is a citizen.
The fact that you hold a Canadian green card does not in any way, shape or form make you eligible for a US green card.
Remember the process you have to go through to get your Canadian green card? It's a very totally similar process if you want a US green card. I don't know how you got your Canadian green card but you're going to have to go through it again if you unquestionably must have a US green card... but what's wrong with Canada that you want to go to the US?
Canada does not have a "green card". They call it a irredeemable resident card although the term is "landed immigrant". Although you should know that your permanent resident card does not allow you entry into the US. If you want to stop by the US, you must apply for a visa (depending on which country you come from)
How to obtain your green card??
1.sponsorship of an immediate family associate (mother, father, brother, sister or legal guardian)
2. Green Card lottery which I believe Canadians are ineligible for (not sure about Canadian PR)
3. Sponsorship by a US employer with proper documentation and requirements (BA amount or liscence...etc....)
4. Marriage to a US citizen or Permanent resident. (Although if you marry a PR, it will be a lengthy wait time for you to receive your green card)
u can't u have to have relatives over here (us) thats the method the system works. its not u r choice. and never. I don't think Canada has a green card.
