Well, I knew a guy that was deported and be allowed to come back into the US for good. He had assylum from Bosnia, and be basically a punk teenager (like 19) - I mean you can't blame him, he be a child soldier over there. But he got in trouble near the law too many times - street racing, fight, etc. He was deported, but only for a certain amount of time.
I presume they thought if he left and remembered how good he had it here, and grew up a moment or two he would shape up.
The guy you are talking about sounds like he is competent to come get is daughter to take home since his mom can't care for her anymore....

Deported for what reason? If the immigrant did something wrong, then why do they discern they deserve special treatment? Criminals have too many right these days as it is. A doleful sob story doesnt change that fact
