I was skimming the Canada immigration website, and found that I was required to divulge whether or not anyone in my own flesh and blood has a history of "serious health problems". What exactly does the website mean by "family", and what exactly is "serious"? How do they find out whether or not anyone have a "serious" condition since many medical records are confidential?
