Why are the Poles aloud to claim Child support for here Children that live surrounded by Poland?

Child support? You mean from the father? Anyone is. Or do you be going to child benefit? Do you mean allowed? Maybe we should be paying for your education instead.
Why will you be allowed to claim some of your benefits if you move to another EU country? Works both ways so dont just explain to one side of the story please. It is wrong when the children don't live in the UK, but nothing will be done unless people vote out Labour at the subsequent election.
However I don't blame the people using the loophole in the directive, most Poles in our country work long and hard and obviously want the best for their children.
I guess you'd have to ask the government, what i don't think through is why are they paid the same amount as over here, where as surrounded by Poland the cost of living is far cheaper than here, so for instance lb60 child support they receive here is worth 4 time's that in Poland, it seems to me it should be based on the cost of living for the country of origins of that person. This is one of the reasons they all want to come here, Don't attain me wrong, I'm not against migrant workers providing they are here legally, what i do object to is the fact they can obtain free schooling hospitalisation housing grant and unemployment benefits, without have put anything into the pot in the first place. These are the problems the government should be addressing, afterwards maybe there would not be such an out cry about migrant workers if we know they were not being giving a free ride at our expense. Because our government plainly thinks that you and I should be paying for kids in other countries for some ridiculous reason. They must feel that we are not shoving enough taxes in benefits and child support to people surrounded by this country or something...I don't have a problem with people coming here if they are going to work and support their family back home out of their wages, but claiming benefits and child support for kids that don't even live here is unacceptable.

I can only assume by fraudulently claiming the children live in the UK, as I'm a Brit but I can not claim for my daughter who lives contained by Poland.

Try to claim child benefit in Poland/Czech/Netherlands/Italy & see if they administer you if your children are living in UK.

It's a short time ago another strange way the British Government work.
We always have money to provide to immigrants, and we give millions to catastrophes that crop up abroad, but not to our own people, Just ask the people who have their houses flooded last summer, and are still living in temporary lodging now. Not just child benefit tax exemptions too.
This country is the laughing stock of the world and if something is not done soon we will be the poorest.
All the money to be exact earned by the poles is sent home so its not good for the economy as those stupid politicians keep hold of telling us.
Due to EU treatys UK agreed already back in the 70s. Child benefit is not a classical social benefit in EU ruling. It is more likely a tax reduction because contained by most EU countries you only get child benefit if you work in that country. Me myself I am a German used to work within the UK. Due to the fact it was just temporarly I didn't considered necessary to bring my kids over to UK. The German officials stopped paying child benefit. Iwas complaining in Germany about and be told how it works within EU like I wrote above. So I would suggest if you got children try to find a employment in Luxembourg these guys pays most childbenefit :)

And to Jeanimus, I really don't CARE if they are here "legally" or not I just longing there weren't so many of them and they weren't allowed to claim Child Benefit, Tax Credits, NHS treatment etc. I disagree with the regulation which makes them "legal". I disagree with most of the edicts of the EU surrounded by fact. I wish the UK would find some balls and acquire out of it.
