My husband is unfair?
Okay so my husband got pulled over. They took his drivers licsence away. They said he has to go to court to seize it. What does this mean?

If the Police Officer suspected your Husband is here illegally, he can bring the license and a Judge will decide if he is legal or not. This relieved the Policeman of having to be a Judge on the spot. If he is legitimate then you needn't worry. If he is illegal afterwards deportation is a probability.
