There have been unmarked visa changes for Mexico and the Czech republic. Both countries used to be on the VWP, but not anymore.
Also some countries have very big refugee numbers applying for asylum at the US-Canadian border. They used to be allowed into Canada, but NOT any more as of yesterday, If they get to USA first, they MUST apply to USA for asylum. (Afghanistan, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Haiti, Iraq and Zimbabwe)
