There's a friend of mine who wants to apply for a Australian permanent resident for her mum who is over the age of 60.
She is the only child , and her mum lives alone contained by another country. The mum needs to be looked after, and my friend is the only person that could embezzle care of her.
So does anyone know what they rules and laws are to this?
