When should I transport the for I- 864?
I'm about the send my I-485 and I-130 forms to USCIS. Should I send my I-864 together beside my I-485 and I-130? I read that I-864 needs to be sent to National Visa Center.

You misunderstand the process.
Since you are applying for adjustment of status (not an immigrant visa), and you are in USA, and (I assume) you are eligible to apply for a Green Card/perm.residency through adjustment of status -- you file ALL the forms and application TOGETHER at the USCIS (not NVC).

dealing with NVC. The NVC deal with visa cases only.
