Which is better household applicant or a integrated sponsor for Affidavit of Support?

If I cannot meet the income requirements for an affidavit of support, which is better, using the income of a household member or a joint sponsor? This is for sponsoring an immigrant to immigrate to the US.

Answers:
Doesn't really concern, as long as they are above the poverty guidelines.

One thing to keep in mind. If you own a joint sponsor, you have to count their entire household when calculating financial eligibility (something to consider)

Good luck! Source(s): uscis.gov
