Am I eligible for an immigrant visa/Green Card ?
My father had a Green Card...and his citizenship interview was just in the region of 6 days from the day he passed away.....he hadnt petitioned I-130 for me & my siblings.I appreciate all attempts to answer..

Sorry to say there is nothing you can do from what you own said
You are not qualified to be granted an immigrant visa.He was simply a green card holder when he died.Granting that he was able file for I-130 for you, the petition will die near him too.

Can i enter the usa underneath a tourist visa next to a drink drive and possesion of cannabis conviction?
you can try... but they dont accept anyone with a drugs conviction... look at john lennon... the best way to confirm this is transport an email to the american embassy in london. the D&D is neither here nor there... they dont let stoners...
I be not born surrounded by the US, and i dont enjoy a foreign license how do iget a California license??
I have been in the US for 13 yrs and i am 18 yrs old-fashioned now. i need a califonia license how do i get it. And i dont own a foreign license? How do i apply to get the california license? plz help...
