Actually, it's well specified in the trade as the "Disney" visa, since it was connected to that employer. There is a cultural exchange element, unlike other work visas, but assorted employers have tried to use it to bring people to work at varied theme parks and other places, not always successfully.
"Before a petition may be filed near the USCIS, the following criteria must be met:

(1) The culture-sharing must take place in a school, museum, business or other establishment where on earth the public is exposed to aspects of a foreign culture as part of a structured program;
(2) The cultural component must be an essential and integral part of the participant's employment and training, and must be designed to exhibit the attitude, customs, history, heritage, philosophy and/or tradition of the alien's country of nationality; and
(3) The alien's employment and training may not be independent of the cultural component.
The machinery must demonstrate that it has the ability to conduct a responsible international cultural exchange program and has the financial propensity to remunerate the participant and offer him/her wages and working conditions comparable to those accorded local domestic workers similarly employed.

The applicant must be at least 18 years of age, qualified to perform the stated service or labor or receive the specified type of training and own the ability to communicate effectively about his/her culture."

So you need to be an expert within Chilean history & culture, and you probably need at least a suitable bachelor's (more likely masters) point to have any chance of being hired for something approaching this with any reputable museum, university or organization which could sponsor you.

And if you do not live in Chile and haven't for awhile, how are you going to be up-to-date on Chilean affairs?
I know someone who've done that
consent to me know if you need more info search on google
