Can I marry my girlfriend within the US if she is here on a tourist visa?
Now please read carefully everyone disregarded this in my last examine. Would there be any legal ramifications if after we married she returned to her country and we applied for an immigrant bridal visa through the USCIS as normal

What you propose is completely legal. She comes to the U.S, you achieve married, she returns home, you file the I-130 etc.
It's fine. They understand that those things happen. But if you do not gain your K visa in order and she tries to come back she could stop up refused or even barred. If you marry, there's a huge chance you won't be capable of see her for awhile. It takes time to process your sponsorship. But if you don't marry, she can come as often as she likes.
