What documents needed for work permin within Uk?
hi guys, i have been 2 UK last year on 6 month stop by visa, now i want go again with work receipt. My uncle is ready to sponsor me n send me work permit. So what documents do i have need of from my Uncle & what other documents i need from my side? and can i work somewhere else with dat visa? I mean nt at my uncles takeway? Plz answer me friends its thoroughly urgent. Thanx in advance.

Well you Uncle must be running a VAT based business (where he pays TAX on business) afterwards he has to create a vacancy (job position), advertise it within newspaper & in local Job centre plus. If he cannot find an hand for 60 days, then he will be able to apply for work permit for you provided if u qualify for the situation. Labour department will then probe that why couldn't he find he the employee surrounded by European Union. If your uncle or his lawyer can satisfy the Labour department, then they will issue u a work licence.
You will then be granted a work visa for the same duration as work permit (usually for one year). You will not know how to work anywhere with that work permit but only the livelihood it is issued for. Also keep in mind that ur work permit will not be renewed if you don't clear TAX for the duration its issued.
Keep in mind that work permit is only issued for skilled opening, for which one usually requires University education or professional certifications. Your Uncle cannot get u a work permit for a sale assistant in a shop. So if ur uncle wants u to employ u surrounded by his take away as chip frying expert then forget it. For work permit u also must be capable of speak the language fluently.

It doesnt matter how good u are contained by English, IELTS is a must. Only citizens of
UK, USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland & South Africa
are not required to pass IELTS, everyone else must have to.
