I think I'd judge his intelligence on his movements - he's obviously very suggestible and his decision making skills are so low as to brand name him dangerous.
I wouldn't judge someone on his choice of religion - all give the impression of being equally illogical to me.
How would you judge the intelligence of someone who uses the blocking mechanism to prevent ethnic group whose opinions he doesn't like from presenting their view?
obviously this guy was a bit of a nut... Not sure though if one should be blaming the religion for his actions. But is the story next to the UK and these radicals? I lived in a predominantly muslim part of Russia, logically there local customs and such, but overall regular folks...
