Do you reflect its open-minded?

there was someone visiting the US and they be allowed to stay for a certain amount of time but they stayed longer and was told there is a incredibly small chance of them being able to come put a bet on.

there are alot illegal immigrants and bring back by with things and this person is a legal immigrant and be told its a small chance of him being able to come posterior just because he stayed some extra days.

what do you think about that?
Answers:
It sucks that the illegals purposely abusing the ruling makes it come down harder on people not intentionally causing trouble, but it's the rules. The soul did know their time was running out, they couldve filed for an extention and didn't.
As a public school guru I know about enforcing rules. The people who enter this country illegally are not known to the government. The empire who came here legally, are known, as a consequence it becomes much easier for the government to enforce the rules, SHOULD legal immigrant decide to break them.

Question the character of the person entering the USA rightfully. If they truly are good people, they will not enter, then trial the rules to see which ones they can get away with and which ones they cannot. If they cannot follow the rules of our nation, they are unworthy of being here.

You see, we adjectives know that the people entering ANY country illegally are undesirable and their intentions are dishonest. It's the people who enter the USA justifiably who we should question.

It used to be that illegal = BAD, legal = GOOD.

Now we stipulation to determine the motives of the legals as to whether they intend on becoming ILLEGAL in the process.
Being told it is not exactly it is. If a person overstays not more than 180 days, he/she will be fine. If one is not intending to switch their visa, try to hand down as early as possible. When one comes back later, newly explain the reason and ask for a waiver at custom. May be go to the originated embassy to go and get a pardon or new visa in writ to be safe to come here again.
The individual was out of compliance with the terms of his visa, and so in violation of immigration law. He know when he was supposed to leave and didn't. Doesn't show the powers that be much respect for the terms of his pop in - so why wouldn't they make it more dfficult for him to come back? The expiration date on those things is not a "suggestion" it's the legal closing date to how long a person can stay. Ignorance is no excuse for breaking the law.
i assume it's completely stupid. an extra week isn't gonna kill anybody. he/she was legal and illeagal immagrants are the ones nation should worry about!
Yes they do this from, if this person needed an extra week, the next human being might take 2 weeks and so on.The same as if your drivers license expired, should you be allowed to drive an extra week without penalty..That's why you must comply next to the forms or your hurt yourself in the end
That's just fine, but the laws against illegal immigrant should be very strictly enforced and every last one of them deported.
Simple solution would be to be a responsible person and don't overstay surrounded by the US longer than your supposed to. I doubt the US needs anyone that is so irresponsible they stay in the US longer than they be supposed to so no loss to us.
That's life in the big city!
A few miles an hour over the speed limit didn't hurt anyone but I still get a ticket, is that fair?
Absolutely fair and more than fair. The character applied for a particular type of visa, then violated the terms of the visa. This soul was NOT a legal immigrant. They did not apply for immigration, and they did not abide by the rules. In fact, by applying for one type of visa while intending to do something else entirely, they committed fraud and are remarkably lucky they only got deported and barred from re-entry and did not procure sent to prison for fraud. Prison would be fair punishment for violating the law.
If they are not suppose to be here we should arrest them and construct them work in factories and do all the firm labor jobs.
