The only way is if you get married or are occupied to a permanent resident or U.S. citizen. and start filing the paperwork (could take a while), afterwards from what I have read you will need to do a waiver proving the hardship. Don't listen to the other poster who said you will draw from a 10 year ban, If you have just 1 EWI (entering in need inspection) you are wont get the 10 year ban if you go this route. Now if you are here dishonestly and then go back to everywhere you came from AND then enter again illegally , later yes it is different. Also doing drugs I think or doing ...well bad things will hurt your crust too.
I would talk to a lawyer who has in reality done a case like the one I outlined above since I just give the jist of the process since I am not too familiar with the more technical things but it can be done.
Also I dont know if going pay for to your original country and then applying from there is really that perfect if you want to stay here...I heard its realll really hard going that route.
