I need information about Turkmenistan's immigration laws and policies. I also involve to know about migrant worker's rights.

Turkmenistan is very closed dictatorship country, it's very thorny to leave the country and almost impossible to immigrate to and frankly I don't see why people would want to.
their official law and policies don't really mean anything, they make them up as you go.
And as for rights, this word doesn't exist even for citizens, at hand are lots of workers that come under contract with outside companies, and these companies provide work visas and other papers you might need.
