Illegal immigrant traveling as an unaided minor (domestic flight)?

My friend is an illegal immigrant and he wants to come visit me. He lives surrounded by San Diego, and I live in Seattle. How should we set up the flight? He's going to travel with another friend to see me on the way here and the approach back. The other person is legally a citizen. So to be exact the first part. My second question is that if he's an illegal immigrant and his brother have his papers, can he get adopted by his brother so that he will become a US citizen? His brother is legal, but the rest of the line isn't (the brother is 20-something). If he wanted to do that, how could he go about it? Both of his parents are alive... would a negotiator let him get emancipated so he can become a citizen or would he have to do that within Mexico...? What's the story on all that stuff?

Just tell me your "friends" name and address and I'll dispatch ICE to see him. They'll help your "friend" right OUT.
Is aiding and abetting an illegal alien a crimninal wrong ..I don't know
First of all if he is a minor they will not ask for an ID.Secondly his brother can file for him to become a permanent resident, which way he will be able to live in the country legally. After adjectives he is his brother and he can file a I-130 on his brother behalf. Is his brother a citizen? The only thing is this might whip some years, but depending on the child age it might be beneficial to get the papers going. It would be best to have a consultation with a IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY,though. But no problems beside the flying because its domestic and not international.Best of luck!!
