Let's say I'm 18 years old. Been a U.S. citizen all my natural life. I want a change of pace and want to start clean, perchance even give my life some excitement.
I want to move to another country asap. What are the steps? How long does it take averagely? Lets voice to Europe, the Netherlands? or Switzerland?
I assume you can be 18 right?
